What's Next

9/26/2026

Deuteronomy 31:1-8

"Please listen carefully, because our menu options have recently changed."

You open it and nothing is where it's supposed to be.

But everything was about to change.

1. Change Is Always Just Around the Corner.

"His eyes were not weak nor his strength gone."

But ability and assignment aren't the same thing.

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven. (Ecclesiastes 3:1)

You don't notice the pages turning while you're taking pictures.

Change is always on the way.

None of their stories moved in a straight line.

"Life is what happens to you when you're making other plans."

2. Whatever Happens Next, God Is Already There

God goes ahead of you, God stays with you.

He already knows each and every twist and turn.

But God was already there.

"You'll never face this alone."

Yesterday's faithfulness is evidence for tomorrow's victory.

He will do it again.

"The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still" (Exodus 14:14).

"Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God's" (2 Chronicles 20:15).

"He will never leave you nor forsake you"

3. You Can Boldly Venture Into This New Land.

"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them."

It's an action you choose to take.

It's not always the absence of fear, it's obedience in spite of it.

Courage is taking the next step even when fear refuses to keep quiet.

You don't need all the courage in the world today.

It was a one-step-at-a-time process.

The more you put it to work, the greater it becomes.

Life will keep turning the page, whether we're ready or not.

God will be there in the midst of every one of them.

But the presence of God didn't change at all.

God goes before you and He will guide you.

But you will not walk it alone.
